Snapshots are EXPERIMENTAL developmental releases.
They are released for people that want to see or use the "latest and greatest"
code..for testing, or for pure hobby reasons.


While usually stable, they are usually characterized by one, or more, 
of the following:

1) Having unfinished and incomplete new features.

2) Set to log debugging information

3) Containing bugfixes or patches not tested enough for mainstream use

4) Code and/or library files in places they will not stay in for the
future final release


Please use these releases with CAUTION.

The formatting of the filenames are: 
ncoh<version><year><month><day>.tar.gz
